Golfer’s elbow is the inflammation of the tendons on the inside of the elbow, where they insert into the bony bump (medial epicondyle).
Golfer’s elbow may be triggered by repetitive, overuse movements such as computer work, chopping wood and hammering, and activities such as baseball, golf and tennis.
If not treated, it may progressively worsen.
Symptoms may include:
- pain and tenderness on inner elbow and possibly forearm
- reduced grip strength
